ACCOUNT PROTECTION

Security controls designed around access, verification, and review.

Secure account access is a central part of the Global Diamond Investment Bank online banking environment. The client portal is designed to help protect private account information, submitted requests, uploaded documents, investment records, transaction history, notifications, and account updates.

Account access and sensitive service requests may require password verification, one-time code confirmation, Security PIN validation, document review, account status checks, or additional verification before completion.

SECURITY CONTROLS

Protection layers built into the client portal experience.

01

One-Time Code Verification

One-time code verification may be required during sign-in to confirm access through the registered email address before the client portal is opened.

02

Security PIN Confirmation

Sensitive service requests may require Security PIN confirmation before submission, including transaction requests, account changes, and selected account servicing actions.

03

Password Reset Protection

Account holders may request a secure password reset link when access is lost or credentials may have been compromised. Password reset links are time-sensitive and should only be used by the account holder.

04

Account Restriction Controls

Account access may be restricted when suspicious activity, unusual request behavior, failed verification, missing information, or account security concerns require additional review.

05

Document Verification

Identity, address, banking, and supporting documents may be reviewed before account approval, request completion, account updates, or selected service actions.

06

Account Activity Review

Requests and account activity may be reviewed before completion to support account integrity, request accuracy, fraud-prevention checks, and secure account administration.

SAFE ACCESS

Account holders are responsible for protecting login details and Security PIN information.

Login credentials, one-time codes, Security PINs, password reset links, and client portal access details should be kept private. Global Diamond Investment Bank will never ask account holders to send a full password, full Security PIN, or one-time code by email or contact form.

If account access details may have been exposed, account holders should change their password, update their Security PIN where available, and contact Client Services for account review.

Use password reset only through official secure links
Contact Client Services immediately after suspicious activity

SECURE COMMUNICATION

How Global Diamond Investment Bank communicates about account activity.

01

Automated Account Emails

Account holders may receive automated email notifications for one-time code verification, password reset requests, submitted service requests, completed transactions, notification preferences, and account activity updates.

02

Service Request Updates

Request confirmations and completion notices may include account name, request type, reference information, status, amount, and review notes where applicable.

03

Client Services Verification

Client Services may request identifying account information or supporting documents for verification, but will not request full passwords, full Security PINs, or one-time codes by email or contact form.

IF YOU SUSPECT A PROBLEM

Take immediate action if account access may be compromised.

If an account holder receives a suspicious message, notices unauthorized activity, loses access credentials, or believes a Security PIN has been exposed, immediate action can help protect account access and pending requests.
